Being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis is a life-changing experience. But there’s a lot you can do to take control of your situation – and we’re here to help you. This program will feature self-management tools including symptom tracking, goal-setting and improved communication with healthcare providers. The sessions will be interactive and facilitated by a rheumatologist and patient moderator.

Dr. Mansoor is a rheumatologist at Christiana Care Health System with special interest in scleroderma, lupus, myositis and ANCA-associated vasculitis. She is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. 

Dr. Mansoor earned her medical degree from Aga Khan University with honors in pharmacology and primary health care. She completed her internal medicine residency at Staten Island University Hospital, the recipient of a certificate for scholarly activities, and accompanied by electives in rheumatology at Johns Hopkins University Hospital. Dr. Mansoor completed her rheumatology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, with active participation in the Lupus Program and Scleroderma Center, research on sequential autoimmune disease, ultrasound coursework, and electives with the Department of Rheumatology at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. 

Dr. Mansoor has presented at national meetings of the American College of Physicians, Society of Hospital Medicine and at the Pennsylvania Rheumatism Society. Her contributions to medical literature include publications in CHEST, the Journal of Cardiac Failure and Journal of Pakistan Medical Association. Dr. Mansoor is a member of the American College of Rheumatology and Society of Hospital Medicine and the American College of Physicians.
